Winona Riders
Winona Riders is an Argentine band formed in Morón in 2018. The current lineup is Ariel Mirabal Nigrelli, Ricardo Morales, Francisco Cirillo, Gabriel Torres Carabajal and Santiago Vidiri. They started out wanting to become the band their members had always wanted to see live, with a philosophy of playing as much as possible. They debuted as a trio in June 2019 and are considered part of the post-pandemic wave that emerged in 2021. They blend rock and alternative rock with powerful riffs and lyrics about love, grief and personal struggle. Their most recent record, "0%" (2026), draws on '80s and '90s British rock while keeping its own identity. They come off a strong run in the independent scene, with shows across Argentina and Europe and an appearance at Lollapalooza Argentina.
